HOW DO I CREATE MY ACCOUNT?
To create an account click on 'Login/Register' in the top right-hand corner of your computer and click on 'Create Account'. Then enter your e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail confirming that you have created an account. In this e-mail you will receive a password to access your account and where you can manage all your information (addresses, order history, credit notes, etc.).
HOW DO I LOG IN?
To log in, simply enter the e-mail address and password with which you registered your personal account. If you want to memorise your details, please indicate this by clicking on the "Remember me" option.
HOW CAN I EDIT MY ACCOUNT?
To edit your account, go to the "My Account" area and click on the 'Addresses' or 'Account Details' icon to change any information. Update your details whenever you make changes.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD.
If you can't remember your password, a message asking "Have you lost your password?" will appear when you log in and you try to enter the wrong one. In the "Username or e-mail address" field, enter the e-mail address associated with your account. You will then receive a link from which you can set a new password.

HOW CAN I MONITOR THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with the BATCH, DHL or Fedex tracking number and a link to enter it. If you haven't received any information about your parcel, you can send an email to: info@38graus.com

DOES THE SHIPPING ADDRESS HAVE TO MATCH THE BILLING ADDRESS?
No. You can choose two different addresses. If you want the shipping address to be different from the billing address, you will have to remove the pre-selected "Ship to the same address" field in the data filling area of your order process with one click.

HOW CAN I ORDER AN ITEM ON THE WEBSITE?
To buy from our online shop, simply add the products you want to your basket in the top right-hand corner, indicate a shipping and billing address and choose a payment method. Your order will be dispatched directly to the address indicated within the delivery time mentioned when confirming the order.
HOW TO DECIDE THE RIGHT SIZE?
In order to complete the shopping experience in our online shop, we provide our customers with a general size guide. If the size you have chosen is not what you want, you can always exchange the item. You can find out more about this in the 'Exchanges Policy'.
WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I ORDER A 38 GRADE ARTICLE FOR?
At www.38graus.com you can order your bikinis from anywhere in the world. The bikinis will be sent from Portugal, with an additional charge depending on the country of delivery.
HOW DO I GUARANTEE THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED?
The last step in the purchase process consists of a confirmation message giving you the general details of your order. At the same time, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with all the details of your order. If you do not see this last message or receive the order confirmation e-mail, your purchase has not been completed. In this case, you should contact our Customer Service team at info@38graus.com.
WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER, IS STOCK AVAILABILITY GUARANTEED?
Despite our best endeavours to check, it is sometimes possible for there to be a stock shortage. In this case, our Customer Service team will contact you to inform you that the item(s) are out of stock and refund you.
Payment
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
In the online shop you can pay with PayPal, MB, Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, Bank Transfer and MBWay.
I CANNOT COMPLETE MY ORDER WITH THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION.
Check that you have entered all your credit card details correctly. If the problem persists, you should contact the bank that issued the card and report the problem.
DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA CHARGES ON MY ORDER?
The only extra charge you have to pay when you buy from our online shop is the shipping costs, which always depend on the delivery destination.
* Paypal: You can use your Paypal account to buy from www.38graus.com. If you don't have a PAYPAL account, you can create a new one during the purchase process on the site. We recommend that you save your personal details and payment details so that you don't have to re-enter them every time you place an order on our site.
** MB: By choosing this option, a payment reference will be generated at the ATM or in your Home Banking account. You must then enter the Entity, Reference and Total Value of the order in the Payments > Purchase Payments option. You have 2 days to make the payment, otherwise the order will not be confirmed and will therefore be cancelled.
*** Visa: Payment by Visa Card requires you to enter the details of a valid credit card. Note: If the information is not valid, an error message will appear making it impossible to complete the purchase. The total amount of the order will be debited automatically.
****Bank Transfer: an Iban will be sent to which you must transfer the amount of your purchase.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
38 GRAUS guarantees the quality of all its products, but if the product you have ordered is defective in any way you should contact Customer Service at the following email address: info@38graus.com for information on shipping/collection procedures. Please note that you should not send the item to the shop where the 38 GRAUS items are located without first contacting Customer Service.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER RECEIVING THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION?
No. As soon as you receive the order confirmation, you have completed the process. You can then exchange the item by paying or receiving the difference in value.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER?
Yes. 38GRAUS.COM gives its customers the option of exchanging. For detailed information on the procedure, please consult the exchange policy.

Giftcard
EXPIRE
This gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, the remaining balance expires and cannot be redeemed.
HOW TO USE?
The Giftcard can be used for purchases in-store and on our website, where you can use the promotional code at the checkout. It cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy other gift cards.
BALANCE
If the purchase amount exceeds the balance on the gift card, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method. If the purchase is less than the balance, the remaining amount will remain on the card until the expiry date
NON-REFUNDABLE
This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be replaced in the event of loss or theft.
ACCEPTANCE
By using this gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions of 38 GRAUS.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
When you order a 38 GRAUS item, you have a period of 1 month after making the purchase to exchange the item(s) ordered or return them.You have 2 options for making your exchange:

You can exchange for a different size, colour or another 38 GRAUS item, paying or receiving the difference.

Rest of the World - Do it Yourself - for customers from countries outside Europe, simply enter the portal where the steps will be explained to make the shipment in conditions, suggestion of shipping companies, suggestion of pick up points. 38 GRAUS is not responsible for the transport or shipping costs of products returned for exchange or refund; the customer must send the item to our shop as shown on the platform. We do not provide free return shipping notes and shipping fees are non-refundable. If you buy from a country outside the EU zone, please note that, if applicable, customs duties, VAT added and handling fees in the country of destination are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the country of destination. 38GRAUS.COM will accept items for exchange or return if you are not entirely satisfied or if the item is defective in any way. With the aim of contributing to a more sustainable world and encouraging a circular economy, we have launched the Second Life project to give 38 GRAUS bikinis you no longer wear a new use.
How does it work?
If you have a 38 GRAUS bikini that you no longer wear, send it to us: we'll resell it on our website and in return you'll get a €30 promocode to buy a new bikini.
What's the process?
- Remember that you're giving your bikini a second life, so it needs to be in perfect condition to be reused: clean, in good condition, with all the seams and accessories,...
- Go to our 38 GRAUS STUDIO shop at Rua Poço dos Negros, 124, 1200-337 Lisboa or send us a message to info@38graus.com so that you can send it to us - we'll pay for the postage.
- Once we receive it, we'll assess whether it meets our standards to be resold and therefore part of Second Life.
- Once confirmed, you will receive a €30 discount promocode valid for 1 year to buy a new 38 GRAUS bikini, which will be emailed to the details shared with us.
Please note that

If we assess that the product is not in a good condition to be resold, we will return it by the same means in which it was delivered. If it takes more than 30 days for the product to be collected, or if we lack the information to send it back, we assume that there is no interest in it and we will keep it.
Our promotions are non-cumulative. The 30€ discount promocode is valid for 1 year, but cannot be used on top of any other type of promotion.
The promocodes are not cumulative, you cannot use 2 or more second life promocodes on the same purchase.
