After completing your purchase, you will be sent an e-mail with the BATCH, DHL or Fedex tracking number and also the link to place it. If you haven't received any information about your parcel, you can send an email to: info@38graus.com

If you buy from a country outside the EU zone, please note that, if applicable, customs duties, added VAT and handling fees in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the country of destination.
DOES THE SHIPPING ADDRESS HAVE TO COINCIDE WITH THE BILLING ADDRESS?
No. You can choose two different addresses. If you want the delivery address to be different from the billing address, you will have to remove the pre-selected "Send to the same address" field in the data filling area of your order process with one click.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NOBODY IS HOME TO RECEIVE THE ORDER?
The courier will make a delivery attempt. If the carrier is unable to deliver the first time, it will contact the customer for a second delivery. If delivery is still not possible, the parcel will return to our warehouses and a new delivery will be made, subject to the customer paying for a new delivery.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN SHOP?
In-store collection is free, available in-store 4 hours after purchase.
