HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
When you order an item from 38 GRAUS, you have 1 month after making the purchase to exchange the item(s) ordered or return them.
You have 2 options for making your exchange:
Exchange in our Shop - 38 GRAUS STUDIO - Rua Poço dos Negros, nº 124, 1200-337 Lisboa
You can exchange by size, color or another 38 GRAUS garment, paying or receiving the difference.

Costs associated with exchanges or returns:
PT - 4€ home collection / 4€ pick up point
ES - 4€ home collection / 4€ pick up point
Europe - 20€ home collection / 20€ pick up point
Rest of the World - Do it Yourself - for customers from countries outside Europe, simply enter the portal where the steps will be explained to make the shipment in conditions, suggestion of shipping companies, suggestion of pick up points.
38 GRAUS is not responsible for the transport or shipping costs of products returned for exchange or refund; the customer must send the item to our shop as shown on the platform.
We do not provide free return packing labels and shipping fees are non-refundable. If you buy from a country outside the EU zone, please note that, if applicable, customs duties, VAT added and handling fees in the country of destination are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the country of destination.
38GRAUS.COM accepts items for exchange or return if you are not entirely satisfied or if the item is defective in any way. However, it must not show any signs of use and must be returned with the tags.
