HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT ONLINE?
When ordering an item, 38 GRAUS offers a 1-month period after purchase to exchange or return the item(s) ordered.
To exchange your item, you have 2 options:
1) Exchange in-store - 38 GRAUS STUDIO - Rua Poço dos Negros, nº 124, 1200-337 Lisboa
You can exchange for a different size, color, or another 38 GRAUS item, paying or receiving the difference in price.

38 GRAUS is not responsible for the transport or shipping costs of products returned for exchange or refund; the customer must send the item to our shop as shown on the platform.
We do not provide free return packing labels and shipping fees are non-refundable. If you buy from a country outside the EU zone, please note that, if applicable, customs duties, VAT added and handling fees in the country of destination are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the country of destination.
38GRAUS.COM accepts items for exchange or return if you are not entirely satisfied or if the item is defective in any way. However, it must not show any signs of use and must be returned with the tags.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT IN SHOP?
We do not accept returns in the 38 GRAUS Studio shop for products bought in-store. We do accept exchanges for other 38 GRAUS items or for a discount voucher.
